  • How do I use the Mochi Beauty Blender?
    Always wash the Mochi beauty blender before use. It is suggested to use the Mochi beauty blender damp, this will give an even, smooth and blended look. Wet the sponge and squeeze out all the excess water and press in a dry towel. The sponge will double in size and will now be ready to apply your makeup. The round bottom surface is for large face areas, the middle is for the face or neck / edges and the tip is the for eye, nose and small areas.

  • When do I need to replace my Mochi Beauty Blender?
    It is advised to replace your Mochi Beauty Blender every 3 months. This is for hygienic reasons and for the best result when applying makeup.
  • What material is the headband and scrunchie?
    We've picked a premium coral fleece material to make our headbands and scrunchies. They're designed to be breathable and gentle on your hair, and prevents any hair pulling or splitting. We've also chosen a premium satin material for the insides of the headbands for extra softness and lush!
  • How should I wash my headband and scrunchie?
    Cold, machine wash is fine, but do put it in a wash bag first. Avoid using any fabric softeners or bleachers as the chemicals will make them less water resistant and they can lose their shape. Of course, we also recommend gentle handwashing with cold water and soap.
  • How often should I wash my headband and scrunchie?
    This will depend on what you use it for (e.g. applying skin care routine v exercising), and how often you use them. If you use them regularly, you should aim to wash them at least once a week to keep them clean and fresh, particularly if you get skin care / make up products or sweat on it!
  • What payment options do you offer?
    We accept all major credit, debit cards and AfterPay!
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the products you purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, we are only a team of two and it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore we cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
  • Can I place an order over the phone?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to take any orders over the phone. If you need help placing an order, please email us at hello@joandzo.com and we will do all we can to help.
  • My promotion code isn't working
    Our promotion codes are case sensitive, so please check that you are entering it exactly as it’s written. If it’s still not working, hit us up on our Live Chat or send us an email! Please also note that our promotion codes cannot be added to your purchase after the order has been submitted, but it can be used on your next order with us. We are unable to refund retrospectively for orders placed without using the promotion code.
