ORDER PROCESSING
All of our orders are packaged personally by hand. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following business day.

Standard shipping ($7) - 3 to 7 business days.
Express shipping ($10) - 1 to 3 business days.

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50.
Free express shipping on all Australian orders over $70.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
New Zealand - $15 Standard shipping, $30 Express shipping
Asia - $20 Standard shipping, $32 Express shipping
UK, US and Canada - $25 Standard shipping, $35 Express shipping

Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply to international orders. We endeavour to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays or additional fees which may be incurred via customs in the receiving country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our orders have tracking available. We will send you an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folder for the email if you don't find it in your inbox.

Jo and Zo sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We may offer exchanges or store credit under limited circumstances. If an item is faulty, please reach out to us via the Contact page within 14 days of receiving product. Products mailed back for exchange or store credit must be unused and in their original packaging. Jo and Zo reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.
